We make every effort to ensure product description, prices and availability are accurate. As many of our products are fresh and prepared to order:

  • Product weights will vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to substitute products with a similar alternative where appropriate, and will contact you if a substantial change is required.

PRICING

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

delivery

We deliver throughout our designated delivery areas across West Wales. We are unable to provide a time as to when your order will be delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Someone is available to receive the order where required.
  • Delivery details are accurate.
  • Products are refrigerated and/or frozen promptly upon receipt.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

food safety

Our products are perishable food items and should be stored, handled and cooked in accordance with recognised food safety guidelines.

We cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored, handled or prepared correctly after delivery or collection.

cancellations and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once preparation has commenced.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds and replacement may be offered where:

  • Products are damaged upon delivery.
  • Products are not as described.
  • We have made an error with your order.
